When a car approaches the pick-up, the driver can send a message from his or her in-car unit, which instigates an automatic telephone call from the office, instructing the customer that their vehicle is arriving. Text Alert
Text Alert is the mobile partner to Callback, and means that when the driver sends a Callback command, a Text Message will be sent to the customer’s mobile, letting them know their car is arriving.
Text Alert sends a unique reference for the job, and can also tell the customer the make, model, and registration number of their vehicle.
