Customer Callback / Text Alert

Whether your customers are relaxing at home, out and about, or in the pub sheltering from the weather, Auriga's Callback and Text Alert modules can let them know their taxi is arriving.  Better still, Callback and Text Alert messages can be sent automatically by the system when the vehicle approaches the pick-up, thus ensuring the driver doesn't forget, reducing instances of no-jobs, and of course improving customer service.

Customer Callback

When a car approaches the pick-up, the driver can send a message from his or her in-car unit, which instigates an automatic telephone call from the office, instructing the customer that their vehicle is arriving. This not only improves customer service; it also reduces driver waiting time at the pick-up, improving the efficiency of your system as a whole.

Text Alert

Text Alert is the mobile partner to Callback, and means that when the driver sends a Callback command, a Text Message will be sent to the customer’s mobile, letting them know their car is arriving.

Text Alert sends a unique reference for the job, and can also tell the customer the make, model, and registration number of their vehicle. This is an essential service for customers out on the town, since they can wait for their car in the comfort of the pub or restaurant, and be sure they are getting into the right vehicle.
