Every job that comes in to Evocab is allocated a number of priority points based on a selection of predetermined factors. The results are run through an optimiser, which calculates the best combination of cars and jobs for dispatch.

The points system is uniquely flexible, because it means you can allocate whatever point bonuses you like to particular locations (or account customers, or vehicle types, or whatever) - in effect creating your own limitless priority system.
