Advanced Booking Systems

Auriga offers a range of advanced booking products, to dramatically increase the speed and accuracy of job booking.

CLI Advanced

With CLI (Caller Line Identification), Evocab can use the incoming telephone number to recall previously entered booking details, and use this information to automatically populate the Booking Screen, so the details can simply be confirmed rather than being entered every time. CLI dramatically speeds up booking entry times, and reduces instances of user input error.

Evocab's advanced CLI solutions can even show how frequently various addresses and routes have been used, and the % of no-shows to help avoid problem calls.

Address Search

Because we have access to a full UK Postal Address File database, telephonists can look up an address in an instant. The telephonist simply needs to enter the first few letters of the street name, and the search will then bring up matching addresses.

Booking Speed

Our booking screen is a simple, speedy method of getting jobs onto the system. Telephonists need only type the first few letters of an address in order to quickly look it up on the system, meaning that jobs can be accurately entered in seconds. Basic ASAP jobs can be booked with just the pick-up address and passenger name, but if more information is needed (vehicle preferences, driver notes, account details etc) then of course that can be added, too.

Regular Booking Groups

Evocab allows you to set up particular bookings which will automatically repeat on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Even better, our Regular Booking management facility is more advanced than you'll find elsewhere, since it enables you to put a number of bookings into a single group (e.g. a particular school), and then just place the group on hold when you need to stop it (during holidays or Inset days), rather than manually stopping them all one by one - which can be quite time consuming!

Preventing Overbooking

Never overbook again, thanks to our advanced Booking Limits system which not only controls the total number of bookings you can take - but also the number that can be booked in each particular part of your working area.
